My partner and I were taking our first steps in to the unknown territory of buying our first house and didn't have much knowledge on how to actually go about doing so. Nicholson Brown Ltd have been excellent throughout dealing with our mortgage renewal. We first approached Shaun 5 years ago when we were having trouble finding a favourable mortgage from several mortgage brokers to suit our budget. Thankfully we were recommended to Nicholson Brown Ltd who completely took the stress out of all the searching for better rates/deals and organised us with the correct paperwork needed, which if honest we really didn’t understand initially- Shaun very patiently explained our options and exactly what the implications of each deal on offer meant in lay man terms so we understood to be able to make the right decision for us ! He gathered information from us both and did his homework thoroughly as to which deals he could find for us. He guided us on the decisions we made without any pressure or hard sell from himself or any other employee of Nicholson Brown. A huge relief, so much so five years on with our mortgage deal coming to an end and the looming feeling of having to troll through companies with good mortgage rates we didn’t hesitate in contacting Shaun immediately in the hope a. he hadn’t retired and b. he could once again help us through the procedure.
